But I like to be sure, I usually go for manufacturers with good track record, especially when it's made from China. My next favorite, which I use everyday, is Lodge. I have the 10" and 12" pre-seasoned cast-iron skillets, it does everything! And its just fraction of the cost of Le Creuset! They also have it in SM. But Amazon really sells it cheaper of course : ) Check out their enameled dutch ovens, definitely in my wishlist! Cast iron flat grills are also my favorite!
