Already in the mood for Valentine’s
It was my sister-in-law’s birthday and I just felt like making a gift for her rather than buying one. Being young, still looking for her perfect match and it being almost Valentine’s, I wanted to make a heart shaped brooch/hairpiece for her.
I am a believer that surrounding myself of little “reminders” of my hopes and dreams puts me in positive connection with it everyday. So with this, I decided to pass it on to my SIL (to borrow the term from my other SIL) and give her this “reminder” as well.
I always have a great time doing my little projects especially accessories, but it being for someone close, made it even more fun for me. I hope she liked it.
"Heart in Bloom" A heart for a gift calls for a heart in a box. It put me in the mood to make this from a narrow wired ribbon.
