Are you ready for a Healthy Life?

The choice to living healthy has never been easier.  You just have to know what your choices are and make them.  Believe me, the choices are far from drastic than you would imagine.  Some are already in groceries and department stores and you just have to be aware that its there.

Another expedition to SM Megamal, this time for healthy living. August 22, 2009 Megatrade Hall 3, SM Megamall

This weekend, there will be a “Love a Healthy Life” exhibit at the SM Megamall, it should be interesting what we can discover there.  I hope they will be able to showcase really good alternatives that would make healthy living easier, more common and more fun.

It’s too bad it’s just a one day exhibit, well I guess like with a healthy lifestyle, it comes with the will to do it even when it would seem to be a bit inconvenient.  I will just have to make time for it.

Hmmm… I wonder what can I find this time?  I’m really hoping to see non-GMO sources of tofu, I only found one in Lung Center, but I never got the chance to talk to the owner, maybe they will be there this weekend.
