Easy Eco Kiddie Party Theme

This is the first time I saw this plant, its called Malvarosa and my mommy friend said it keeps mosquitoes away.
I thought I would have to wait for my kid’s parties to come up with more examples for an eco children’s party. But during the last week, we celebrated the 7th birthday of one of my children’s good friends.
His super creative mommy came up with a Herb Planting for her own Green Themed Birthday party for her son. It was an eco, easy, two-in-one activity / souvenir everybody can enjoy and really have fun getting down and dirty, especially the girls!

So here is a great way on how to have your own Eco-friendly birthday party.
Adult Warning: It’s not just for kids
1. Get some herbs from your local nursery. Choose a variety of herbs so your little guests can choose their fancy. Whether they like the pretty leaves of the Milagrosa, the sweet scent of mint or the lushness of basil, you’ll have something for everybody.
2.Assemble all your materials. Potting soil, clay pots (its an eco birthday party, right), little shovels, little watering cans and you are set!
3. Let your little one’s get down and dirty.
4. Why let them have all the fun
5. Have fun even with the labels. Just a few construction papers, pens, scissors and a bit of fun is all you need for creative labels

Can you guess what they'll be doing after tracing and cutting out the hand shape? Note that you can use all the scraps you collect to decorate what you are making.
wouldn’t you?
Be happy. Be Healthy. Be Whole.
